We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The customer service here was exceptional - it's honestly the best we've ever experienced in all our years of living and traveling in Italy! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Qc Terme. We were even able to get a discount as hotel customers. Additionally, there is a lovely trail within walking distance where we could go for a run or a bike ride in the morning.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a pretty good time. The breakfast buffet was decent with a good variety of items to choose from, and the view from the room was amazing, especially with the snow. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing, as it was close to the slopes and rental stores.
The room felt outdated and could use some renovation. The bathroom was small and felt cramped, and the shower was not very powerful.

Spent the Christmas holidays at a hotel in the Dolomites and had a wonderful time! the location was perfect, with easy access to wonderful hiking trails and ski slopes. the view from our room was stunning, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. We also loved the fireplace in the common area and the spacious room with a kitchenette.
The sauna was a bit pricey, and it was also disappointing that there were no lockers in the ski room. the friendly staff more than made up for these small shortcomings with their excellent customer service.

Staying at this hotel was a treat! the location was superb, with fantastic trail walks nearby for morning exercise. the room was very comfortable and functional, and the view from the window was breathtaking. the staff was incredibly friendly and always had a welcoming smile. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from. the small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and the cozy atrium with the fireplace was a nice touch of luxury.
It would have been better if there had been more secure storage for our ski equipment.
